Outlook 2000 requires Corporate or Workgroup mode to use profiles. Go to
Tools->Options->Mail Delivery tab and use the Reconfigure Mail Support
option to change to CW mode. Make sure you have your Outlook CD handy.

|| Outlook doesn't have Identities in the same way that Outlook Express
|| does, but you may be able to create multiple profiles depending on
|| your Outlook version. What version of Outlook are you using, and if
|| 98 or 2000, what mail support mode? If you're not sure, look at the
|| second line of Help | About Microsoft Outlook -- it should say
|| "Internet Mail Only" or "Corporate/Workgroup". (Outlook 97, 2002,
|| and 2003 don't have separate modes.) Also, what kind of setup are
|| you trying to create?
