Does anyone know if this is possible with Pc's running Windows XP, with office small business edition using a Microsoft Exchange server?
My bosses would like to be able to see all appointments scheduled by all managers. That is the simple part. The way they want it done, however I'm pretty sure isn't possible. They would like to see any appt. scheduled by managers on their personal calendars to automatically go on a "group calendar" that is NOT visible by anyone, that is automatically emailed every hour to the owners of the company.
