ID3 Editor that will read filename?

Ok I have a lot of MP3's with bad tags. I have gone in and manually
named the files in the <artist> - <song> format.
Is there any tag editor that will read the file name and fill in the
tag with the info I have in the filename?

Trawl through this lot.

I use this one :

http://www.id3-tagit.de/english/index.htm

Its free but you have to type in to re-name the tags. I don't find that a
problem.
