I'd like to resize a partition on my hard disk

Hello people,
i'd like to resize a partition on my hard disk. i've this hard disk with 2
partition.

I want to cut a part of the space of one partition and add it to another
partition.

Does exist a tool to make this? I've found just tools to cut partitions but
not to add the free space to another partition.
