I'd like to change a line of text in FrontPage to a .gif

Crawlers keep finding the email addresses on our websites so I'd like to turn
the email addresses to graphics on the website - perhaps a .gif - How do I go
about doing so? And is this the best way to tackle this problem?

This is a good idea to combat the problem
* however *
#1 Once a harvester has an address, they rarely release it
#2 It is not accessible to the visually impaired.

The best method would be to use a contact form to get the information you
want in the email and then send that to a custom server-side script which
can assemble and email the message to you. This also doesn't cause the
action of having a clunky email package opening up on you.
