'Id' is not an index in this table?

I'm trying to delete these tables but it keeps giving me this error. Also how
do I work in Acces without having The security message keep poping up to
allow me to work in Access?

Sounds like corruption. MAKE A BACKUP COPY IMMEDIATELY.
