I am using Access 2003 under XP SP3.
I have a main form with 10 sub-forms related to 1 main table and 10
subsidiary tables. Simple stuff so far. For some reason none of my forms will
now open and the error message (really helpful) is <"Id" is not an index in
this table>. I can open all tables and all data appears correct.
There are a couple of simple formulae in calculated fields. I have 5 basic
queries. No rocket science here.
I do not have a field called Id anywhere in the system. I have checked the
table definitions including all attributes. I have removed all but essential
indices. I have checked the remaining indices themselves with the Indexes
function. I have checked all relationships.
I presume that it is the same table that is affecting all reports but that
is tblMain which I have checked and double-checked.
Help!! How do I diagnose the problem if I can't get past the meaningful
error message? I have spent hours on designing and building my forms.
