ID Default Page by Location

I have 16 Win 2000 servers in 16 different locations that
are all part of the same domain. I would like to have a
user go to a specific home page (ie ServerLOC1
\index.html) based on the location the location they are
at OR based on the group they are a part of in Active
Directory.

Can anyone help??
 
You can accomplish that with Group Policy. You would need to create an OU for
each group of users based on the server they would be associated with and move
them into that OU. The policy setting is at user configuration/Windows
settings/Internet Explorer maintenance/URLS - important urls. --- Steve
