The COM + Event System detected a bad return code during internal processing.
HRESULT was 800706BD from line 60 of. \ Eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services to report this error.

Can someone tell me how this problem can be fixed?
 
Unfortunately, this tip does not help, the problem still exists.
