I've networked our Win XP and Win 98 computers and they
seem to be fine, however, I can't get the internet on
the '98 (client) computer. We have a dial up
connection. I've gone through all the necessary steps, I
tried all the mfg supports. Can anyone help?

What steps did you go through? Where did you find them? At the risk
of duplicating things that you've already done, I suggest these steps:

Set up XP as an ICS host as shown here:
