ICS with xp, wanting to use the control feature with client

Have xp as the host, and windows me as the client. I have
a laptop with a wireless nic and a linksys router. I CAN
connect to the internet BUT cannot the use control feature
to disable the connection at the host computer.

Run XP's Network Setup Wizard on the client to install the necessary
software for the Internet Gateway feature.
