ICS w/XP Pro & 2000

Have wireless peer to peer network (no router).
XP system has DSL modem to be shared. Shared XP system's
internet connection, 2000 system does not see connection.
Is it necessary to create bridge on XP system?
Connectivity between XP & 2000 system is fine
(drives/printer shared successfully). How can I share the
XP system's high speed connection?

Require immediate response. Thanks to anyone who will
show me the light.

Don't create a bridge on XP. Share its DSL modem connection. If it
asks what to use for the home network, tell it to use the wireless
connection.
