ICS stops after MS update

After installing the latest MS updates(05-Oct-2003) my
Internet Connection Sharing no longer works, so I
switched it off then on again, but I get the message:

An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was
being enabled. The dependency service or group failed to
start.

Is something wrong with the latest updates?
