Righ! here is my situation.

Me and a friend both using Win2K pro on a LAN whose server
is a Win2K server.

The LAN admin won't let us go browsing Internet via this
LAN. While I'm allow to use a modem to dial outside but my
friend is not.

So, I set my DUN to allow ICS. But do I have to setting
something for Applications tab and Services tab? If so how?

Also, it is said that I have to set my friend's computer
for DHCP. Since it is alread setup for DHCP and it get IP
from the DHCP server of our LAN. How do I make this
computer to get IP from my computer intead? I've tried
setting IP to 192.168.0.2 because my is 192.168.0.1 but it
didn't work at all.

Please suggest.

Hi,

You should talk to your network admin before setting this up. Enabling ICS
starts a DHCP service on your box which will interfere with the DHCP server
on the LAN if there is one. If you need Internet access, your admin should
be able to assist.
