ICS: Run a Dll as an App error

When I try to set an ICS the install stalls and gives an
error of "Run a DLL as An App has encountered a problem
and needs to close"

The error signature Appnam: rundll32.exe
appver:5.1.2600.0 modnam: msvcrt.dll modver 7.0.2600.1106
offset: 00033dba

I have tried everything I can think and no solutions. Any
help would be helpful

I am getting the same message. Using Windows XP (all
updated). When I open up the network wizard, set up small
home or office, this computer connects directly to the
internet (top option), choose the intenet connection,
computer name and workgroup (mshome), then when the files
start to go back and forth is when I get the error. I
have tried several different methods (no internet
connection, host internet connction, other computer has
internet connection, etc...) still no dice.

Are you running the Network Setup Wizard or configuring ICS manually?
