ICS problem

I'm running a small network of 5 computers, and one of
them is sharing an internet connection (cable modem) and
file folders. The other computers are able to access the
network files, but what is happening to the internet
access is really weird: they are able to use the web for a
while, and suddenly, they lose access, even though the
internet gateway icon is still active.
What is even stranger is that they're only able to access
www.microsoft.com (which was not in their cache).

After rebooting the computers, the same thing happens over
and over.

What should I do about it?
