ICS Problem

I have 2 machine in w2k sp4 on a wifi network, ICS is
running on the main machine, but for some reason the client
machine can connect to some sites but not to to some others
(eg: monster.fr, tucows.com) and this is without any firewall.

Any ideas?

A few more details

PPPoE Adsl connection
So 1 dial up interface with default ISP settings, automatic
Ip and DNS
the linked ethernet interface 192.168.10.1 / 255.255.255.0
And the wifi card 192.168.0.1 / 255.255.255.0
DNS left blank for both.

And on the client machine
wifi card ip/mask 192.168.0.2 / 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1
dns: isp dns
