ICS Port mapping

I have a server computer with an internet connection, networked to another
computer via a crossover cable. I want internet users to be able to access
the webserver (iis) on the second computer and currently am using port
mapping through the first computer, but it doesn't work, that I know of.

to access the second computer with the servers, do you just type
http://secondcomputername/??

If you didn't register domain name, the only way to get access to the
website is http://IP_Address. This is the public IP of your Internet
connection, not your private IPs.
