ICS no longer seems to work

I setup Internet Connection sharing on my Windows XP
computer yesterday. It has a USB Cable Modem as it's
connection to my ISP, and I have a 3COM adapter connected
to a hub where my other machines are connected.
Everything was working fine until a storm knocked out the
power. When power was restored, everything came back, but
I can no longer get to the internet from my secondary
PCs. I can ping the primary PC from the others and vice
versa. IP configuration appears normal. I've rebooted
all machines, but no change to problem.

any thoughts.

Try disabling and re-enabling ICS on the XP computer.
