Icons, text and images

Whenever I go on the internet all of my larger text seems to be a little out of focus, the smaller text is fine, but as soon as anything big is displayed it is out of focus. Also, images on the web are a little out of focus...Also, the icons on my toolbar appear slightly out of focus...in general actually everything is slightly out of focus...what do i do to fix this, it is a brand new computer, so this really shouldnt be happening

Maybe you need to install Windows XP SP1...
