Icons dont refreash

My vista desktop icons dont refreash like thay should.Ive searched the net
and microsoft and found a hotfix no the microsoft site that will fix this
problem however...the hotfix download is for all vistas that are 32 bit to
64 bit,and i have 32bit so i download this hot fix and it dose not
install,saying...the update does not apply too your system? any idears?
please email back.

Maybe the hotfix is in your system already.
