Icons displayed only in 256 colors

Hi.

Today I noticed that all my icons within the Explorer are olny showing 256
colors.

I've already set the screen-colordepth to TrueColor and aktivated the
checkbox for showing the Icons with highest colordepth, but this did not
work.

What would I have to do, in order to get my icons in full-color?

Do you have NetMeeting or other desktop sharing software installed?
