The internet explorer icon has disappeared from the tray
on the lower left.

How do I get it back? I still have Explorer but no icon
to get to it.
 
create shortcut on desktop (display - desktop - customize)
then drag/drop icon into launch bar next to start button.
drag/drop icons inside launch bar to arrange as desired.
