Hello Experts,
I have Win98 SE.

I have just upgraded to IE6. I have noticed that the icons of IE6 and OE6
have become very blurry and strange. I don't like their new appearance. They
seem to be more appropriate for WinXP and I have Win98.
Is there any way to turn back to older icons without uninstalling newer
version?

I like some security features in IE6 which I have discovered some minutes
ago.

Thank you,

I'm not sure what's causing this problem. Have you tried uninstalling and
reinstalling IE? Maybe the following article might
be of assistance.

Also, could you please tell me which icons are getting corrupted (the
desktop icon etc)?

thanks you.

You might also want to fiddle around with font sizes:
Right click Desktop> select Properties > Appearance tab > Advanced> Item
box, click on Icon and change the font and size

Also take a look at this article..

hope this helps.
