Anyone know how I can make the desktop icon of my database be something other than the Access one? I've changed the application icon is startup menu - but it only changes icon within the database

I am running Access 97 on Windows 2000

Thanks for any suggestions
 
If you create a custom Shortcut, you can change the icon by clicking on the
Change Icon button in the properties.

other than the Access one? I've changed the application icon is startup
