It's a bug--perhaps related to your video driver or screen resolution, or
maybe some other piece of software you have loaded. This is a window which
is supposed to be hidden, but isn't under some circumstances. Nothing to
worry about, but an annoyance.
I have seen this on my machines. It was caused by the 2 programs and 1
service connected with Winfax Pro 10.02. When once I removed the 2 programs
from starting up with Windows and changed the Winfax Pro service to manual,
I never had the problem again!
