I'm after an icon extractro that in one step extracts every icon from every
program (where possible) on your hard drive and puts them in one folder. Is

Why not do a search Files and Folders for *.ico

A lot (most) of them are held within files, exes, dlls or other
libraries and would not show.

IconJack32 can do this, but it may have been pulled as freeware by PC
Mag.
I think Icon Snatcher can scan the whole drive.
