Icon change, how to?

Hi All
when I bring up the list of all programs via the, start-All programs,
buttons most of the progs listed have the same folder type icon to the left,
how do I change that? so that I can more easily recognise the prog via a
little picture....I know its a minor problem but just irritating that's
all..

Andy, rt. click on the item you want to change, bring up properties ,
then customize & bottom of that page is the change icon. Hope this is what
you want? Gimpy
