Put your downloads on the cloud so you can access it with all your mobile
devices? I don't see it. If I want stuff on my pc on a mobile device I'll
put it there. I think there is a Ubuntu cloud, a Suse cloud, etc....
Who used them?

Have you tried? I have an iPhone. It is very useful, connectivity
is great, but it is not what I would expect a computer to be.
Apple and others make copying data to a mobile device like pulling
teeth. Copy and paste is a most fundamental part of personal
computing, but not so with mobile devices. Again... Copy and paste
is the most basic function of personal computing, but early
ultra-mobile computing devices are crippled.

"Super-Agree" ??

Anything "iFart" is still pretty-much guaranteed to be using AT&T
Wireless (sucks) (Ya, VZW is finally gonna do "IFart" crap.. wheee)

I've been looking at about every 'smart-phone', 'netbook', or 'tablet'
out there.
Nothing fits (for me)

I guess I'll stay as a curmudgeon with my Palm Centro (no hi-falutin
data plan) until this crap gets sorted out.

"Shit this is it, all the pieces do fit.
We're like that crazy old man jumping
out of the alleyway with a baseball bat,
saying, "Remember me motherfucker?"

I believe only areas frequently affected by natural disasters (e.g.
Alabama) would find this feature useful. But then, the iCloud data
center MUST NOT reside in those areas! :)
