ICF doesn't block by host?

Will this feature be in XPSP2? I have a customer who
needs the ability to filter by host IP or name.

You cannot do this in SP1, and there are no plans to support this in SP2 at
the moment.

What is the scenario you are trying to make work?

I'm sorry, but I don't know the answer to your question.
