I just installed my new ICEBERQ4 fan for my radeon 9800 pro fan which no
longer worked. The original fan blew air down and away from the card but
this new fan seems to be sucking air up and onto the card. There was only 1
possible way to wire it that I saw. Is it possible the fan is rotating the
wrong way or is it normal for it to be blowing onto the card and not away?

No, you can't have reversed it. Looking at these fans on the web I think
it is just a different philosophy. I'd tend to agree that it's good to
draw air from bottom to top, because hot air rises and all that.... With
these cards, of course, you don't really know how they are doing for
temps, so just have to hope.
