icalendar vs vcalendar

Can someone tell me the difference in icalendar format
and vcalendar format? I don't have access to the
internet, so can't go to an internet site to search from
here.
 
iCalendar is vCalendar 2.0. There are a few additional features, but I don't recall what they are off the top of my head.
