I am in a Windows 2000 server environment with exchange
2000 and I use Office XP. Outlook 2002's calendar
option "When sending meeting requests over the internet,
use icalendar format" radio button is greyed out.
Requests currently sent out appear as winmail.dat files
and are filtered by the recipients email as dangerous. I
would like to enable the option but can't. If I click on
a calendar event, I can 'save as' and use the drop
down .ics extension but by default it saves it as an
*.rtf unless changed by me to *.ics.
Has anyone seen and resolved this problem. I can find no
mention of it in the knowledgebase. Thanks
