Everytime i start my computer a window pops up saying Windows cannot find the
file web folders\ibm00001.exe I have checked the registry and cannot find any
references to the file. How do I get rid of the pop up window?
Any assisstance would be very much appreciated, Thankyou.

That file is part of a password-stealing trojan. It sounds like your
computer has been partially - but not completely - cleaned. Since I
don't know what antivirus you have installed, go through the steps
here:

After you get your computer clean, make sure you change all your
passwords since they have been compromised.
