IBM ThinkPad t20 network problem

Hi.,
I got IBM thinkPad T20 Laptop i would like to install a network card
wich is build into it, but my customer hasn't got any drivers to his
motherboard or laptop. I try to find something on the IBM.com but
look's like is nothing what I looking for. Did anyone can help me with
that? I dont know the type of network adapter but i think this is 3com
or INtel intergrated.
