IBM SCSI Hotswap LED Diagnostics

I am looking for info on the meaning of the LED lights on an IBM SCSI
Hot-swap hard drive. It is in an IBM eServer with a RAID 1 configuration
and both LEDs at lit (green and orange). I have found no reference to any
"codes" which describes the possible problem.

Why not ask IBM support?
