I thought PE32 was suppose to be a Windows version of the
Dos IBM Personal Editor. So, why does it open in a DOS
window and use a DOS icon button in the task bar?
Is PE32 just a more sophisticated DOS version of the
Personal Editor? If so, how is it expected to run in XP
(as claimed) since XP isn't a DOS based operating system?
I'm currently running Windows'ME, but am planning to upgrade
to a new computer running XP.
I'd appreciate a response from anybody who knows something
about PE32 and/or its ability to run in XP.
