IBM Notebook 30 gb HDD specs

Hi I have an IBM Thinkpad which has crashed and I would like to hook the HDD
to my Desktop PC using an Ext Drive Caddy.
I need to know which pin is 1 on the HDD connector.

Travelstar 30gb Model IC25N030ATDA04-0
Other numbers are E182115 T N79

ASM P/N 08K9589
FRU P/N 08K9590
