IBM HDD 20g 15 or 16 head config???

This IBM 20g deskstar hard drive has jumper settings for 15 or 16 heads..
what is the difference and which should I use..?? It will be a slave

It should be set to 16 heads, the 15 head setting is only used to overcome
a bios bug, translation problem. That would generally be an issue only on
equipment significantly older than the drive itself.
