Ok I have found a couple spots on microsoft's website saying that this
was removed from the admin pack for server 2003. What is the
alternative way to manage IAS running on server 2003 from an xp box w/
o using something like remote desktop? Also, why did MS remove this
and what are the workarounds?

Anyone? I am refering to the admin pack that you can install on
windows XP just for clarification
