IAS Log Viewer

We are looking for a decent Log Viewer for our Microsoft IAS logs. I have
been looking at DeepWater Software's IAS Log Viewer and like it. The issue
with it is that it is Russian software and I sure as hell am not going to
pay by check or credit card. I am also not sure about the legality issues
that our company would have with dealing with a foreign country (we work on
government contracts). Is the anything else out there that is similar to
this software?

Try RADREP. RADius REPorting and Billing Tool.

It works very well, is more mature than IAS Log Viewer and has full
documentation. It does cost more though.
