I_Explorer won't open a new window!!!!!

Hello there,

I'm having a problem with my Internet Explorer 6, I cannot open a new
window. Even when I'm surfing the net and there's a java script to open a
new window it won't work. I'm posting this on my newsreader because I could
not post from the internet explorer as you have to open a new window to do
so.
I've tried doing a clean boot (just using MSconfig) thinking that this
could be a software that I'm using, but even though it did not work.
I'd be grateful if anybody could help me!!!

Right click Internet Explorer icon | Properties | Advanced tab |
Uncheck:  Reuse windows for launching shortcuts |
Apply | OK

such as Outlook Express, and there is already an Internet Explorer window
open, the Web page appears in the open browser window instead of opening a
new window.]]
