i960 nozzle check

The nozzle check for the i960 doesn't have the line pattern like the
i950 did. It just shows solid colors. Does anyone know what it looks
like when there is a problem? It use to be easy to see missing lines,
but now there are no lines. I guess there will be blank spaces if there
is a problem but it seems like that would be harder to see. Does anyone
know?

I don't have the i960, but I have seen the i9100 and the i9950 (i9900), and
I've always assumed that all 'i' series units were identical. When I click
'nozzle check' on my i9950, I am presented with a screen that shows me what
a correct and faulty printout looks like. The same happened with my i9100.
It would be my understanding, though if you're saying you don't see a screen
like I've just described, then I'd better revise that assumption. You can
find a screenshot of the screen from the i9950/i9900 here

Thanks. What I wanted to know is what it looks like if there is a
problem and your jpeg shows it. When I click on nozzle check I do not
get this comparison nor is it shown in the owners manual. The i950 has a
grid of very fine lines so this was new to me when I saw it.

Thanks again.

The solid patterns it prints will easily display any clogging. The
pattern is very light so the ink will not bleed and cover up any white
streak that would show if you had a clog.

Thank you for the nice comment. I try to help when I can and I don't
comment on anything that I am not sure of. I been in communications
of some sort all of my life so I find it very important to make things
as clear as possible.

I even make videos for my friends that need computer help or photoshop
help or anything of that nature by using screen recordings.. I find
that spending 5 mins to make a screen video is much easier than
spending 2 hours on the phone with someone that has no idea what you
are talking about.

Anyway, Thank you again for the nice comment.
