I do not know what my POP3 or SMTP address are. I use MSN & AOL. Sorry to
Andreas but my print out did not show complete information on his response.
Can you re-send information. Danke

Sorry to cut in, but I have information which you will find helpful.

1) Outlook can handle at least 3 mail transport protocols: POP3, IMAP,
and HTTP. MSN happily uses a protcol which Outlook can handle. Just
create a new account, and when asked for the type of account to create,
select "HTTP". When the wizard continues, the server values for the MSN
email servers will be filled in. You will just need to provide your
username and password for your MSN account.
2) Unhappily, AOL's mail system is proprietary. That is, they do not
use the POP3, IMAP, or HTTP protocols at all. They use their own.
Because of this, Outlook cannot create an account for a member of the
AOL domain, since Outlook does not natively handle AOL's protocol. I
thought I read somewhere that AOL had recently decided to change their
mail handler to POP3. Either way, you would need to know the AOL server
names to create an email account for your AOL account.

In other words, if you want to continue receiving email arriving in an
AOL account inbox, you will need AOL's Mail facilities to receive it.
