I ama working on a policy and procedure manual and I
would like to print the "my computer" window so that I
can organize my files in the physical office.

I can easily find the "print window" function on a MAC.
How do I find it on XP or Windows 2000?

Thanks

The easiest way is to open the 'My Computer' window then hit Alt+Print
Screen. This will put the window with the current focus in the clipboard.
Then you can go to your application and do an Edit -> Paste to insert the
picture.

Thaanks for your timely reply. Amazing.
I guess there are differences in keyboards. My keyboard
allows me to print screen without first striking "alt".
Nonetheless, It worked like a dream.
Sincerely,
Michelle

Alt Print Screen saves just the active window; Print Screen alone saves the
entire monitor screen.
