I would like to know how and where I can get certain language pack

I would like to know where I can obtain as a download or whatever the
japanese language pack for Windows VISTA, and the Brazillian Portugues
language Pack. I need to install them but dont know where on the Vista
install DVD to find them etc. If anybody can help that'd be great thanks. I'd
like to just install these two additional languages.
 
As of right now you can't. Because of how late in the release window,
Microsoft RTMed Vista, it's currently unclear as to what languages and
language packs will be available at the general release.
