Hi!

I'm working for a multinational company and I'm responible for part of our
mail system. We have som employees in Finland that for some reason (I know
how to stop this behavoir) both has mail in their account here and a copy of
it on the Finnish system. Now I would like to empty theese mailboxes without
the employees have to do it by them self, is it possible?

What type of mail accounts do they have at each location? You can do it if
they have exchange server accounts, but not if they store it in a pst.

you have two options - you could log in and empty it or use mailbox manager.
If you use mailbox manager, make sure you limit it to the mailboxes you want
to empty.

http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF012.html - the steps are similar for
2003.

Thanks! I'll try the mailbox manager - because I don't want to reset their
passwords.
