It's impossible to quote you anything without seing your requirements /
statement of work.

That's like asking a contractor to build a house ... how big..what color
exterior paint, etc, etc

Did you try looking at microsoft's templates? They have
one there that is for invoicing and all you have to do is
modify accordingly.

site, you couldn't point me in the right direction, Thanks bob

surely there is off the shelf software that can handle this for you. Have a
talk to your racing organisation, and check out the ones in Oz as well to
see if there is anything that may suit your needs.
