| I need some help designing a database for survey data
| I want the report to give all of the information for each
| question with summary on how many people answered the
| question the same
|
| What I did was mad a field for each question and entered
| the data in. The problem came in when I tried to make a
| sensible looking report
|
| any suggestions?

Take a look at the knowledge base article 209493 ACC2000: Sample Table
Design to Support Questionnaire Applications
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=209493
In this article it shows how to create a Nonrelational table design and
once you've recorded your data how to switch to a Relational table design,
which by the way is what you are going to need to do.
I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
