I want to reinstall Windows XP but I don't know authentication code

Hi, i am wanting to reformat my hardrive and reinstall
Windows XP, but I got to a screen where it asks you for
your 25-character authentication code. It appears from
the illustration that this code is found on the box the
software came in but my windows was factory installed and
the disc came in a plain white envelope. How do I find
out this code? Thanks!

You should see the sticker on the side, top, or back of you PC case. If you
dont see if you will have to contact the maker of your PC and see if they
will give you a new one.

This is a good tool, but since the user says he is already in the install
stage it doesnt help.
